Robert C. Sledd is the Chairman of Performance Food Group and has held that position since February 1995. Mr. Sledd was one of the Company's co-founders and has served as director since PFG's inception in 1987.

Tom Hoffman has served as Senior Vice President of PFG and CEO of PFG's Customized Division since 1995.
