Looking to create an authentic Hill Country restaurant experience, John Davis and Danny York began developing the Santa Fe Cattle Co. concept in 1998. Ten years later, SFCC has 24 locations and is still growing with 4 more restaurants popping up across the Southeast and Midwest soon.

Santa Fe Cattle Co. can attribute its success to great steaks with an added helping of the traditional Mexican favorites. SFCC offers hand-cut steaks and genuine Tex-Mex cuisine, including everything from Texas Sausage and Bubba’s Sirloin, to Fajitas and specialty Quesadillas. Proving their commitment to authenticity, they were even one of the first restaurants to offer Shiner Bock beer outside of the state of Texas. Their extensive menu and relaxed family atmosphere keeps customers coming back week after week.

Jesse Bowe, National Account Manager at PFG-Lester, serves 15 of their 24 locations. Over the past 3 years he has worked closely with John and SFCC in developing their menu and bringing new products and ideas to the table. Dedicated to his customer, Jesse is constantly looking to procure the best deals for SFCC. PFG-Lester ages their boxed beef in their Lebanon, TN facility, which SFCC then hand-cuts in each of their restaurants – guaranteeing optimal freshness and flavor for diners.
