The key to Roy Wesley’s success is his unique way of adding Pepperjack to many of his entrees, appetizers—and even his infamous Pepperjack sauce that can be added to any entrée or sandwich. At Wesley’s restaurant, Pepperjack Grille, you can enjoy a relaxing, casual atmosphere and try a number of dishes infused with Pepperjack.

Pepperjack Grille, located in Southwest Virginia, offers unique flavors in all of its menu items. You can try Pepperjack grits, Pepperjack chicken enchilada soup, and Pepperjack cheese fries. The restaurant also offers a variety of fresh hand cut steaks that can all be “Pepperjacked.”

Wesley has partnered with PFG-Hale for more than 10 years. The team at PFG-Hale is constantly working with Wesley on new menu ideas and options. Prior to the opening of Pepperjack Grille, the PFG-Hale team spent weeks in the test kitchen with Wesley to sample products and help plan his menu including conducting a menu analysis to determine menu prices.

Recently, the Pepperjack Grille has started offering menu items from PFG’s Flavor Gone Wild program which offers exciting new menu additions and recipes.
