Performance Food Group Announces Leadership Transition
in Customized Distribution Segment

 

RICHMOND, Va. (July 6, 2011) – Performance Food Group announced today the transition of Tom Hoffman from President & CEO of Customized Distribution to Chairman & CEO of Customized Distribution. Mr. Hoffman will serve as Chairman & CEO of Customized Distribution through the end of the 2011 calendar year and will continue to serve as Chairman of Customized Distribution through fiscal year 2013.
 
George Holm, President and CEO of Performance Food Group, said, “Tom has been an instrumental part of the Executive Team of Performance Food Group since joining the organization in 1989 and has developed a highly-talented team during his twenty-two years with the Company. Tom’s diligence and attention to detail in servicing our customers has earned him the respect of the industry.”
 
Performance Food Group also announced today the promotion of Craig Hoskins to the position of President & COO of Customized Distribution. Mr. Hoskins has been with the Company for over 20 years. He has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in the Vistar and Roma business segments, and most recently held the role of Senior Vice President – Sales for Performance Food Group.
