As a 2009 National Sponsor of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk, Vistar and Roma raised more than $120,000 to help towards lifesaving research and treatments for blood cancer. Most of the money was raised through the fundraising efforts of our associates at 22 Vistar and Roma locations across the country.
Our own Lisa Straffon ran for and won The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's 2009 Woman of the Year in the Denver area. Lisa raised more than $26,000 from family, friends, and Vistar/Roma suppliers.
