PFG Custom Cut Meats is committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for custom meat products. We feature Creekstone brand meats which has been given the USDA Process Verification for tender beef.

Cash and Carry
We offer a convenient cash and carry called The City Desk. Located at our distribution center on Air Park Blvd. in Morristown TN, our store provides all East Tennessee food service companies as well as residents with wholesale food values.
The City Desk offers a full line of restaurant grocery items, cleaning supplies, disposables, frozen foods, fresh produce, deli meats, salads, dairy supplies and even fresh cut steaks! In fact we have available 6,000 items for you to buy at our walk up window.
There are no membership fees, no minimums and we accept cash, checks or credit cards. Whether you call ahead or walk in, this service is perfect for personal, specialty items shopping, churches, small businesses, school groups, bars, concessions and restaurants or hotels.
The City Desk hours are from 8 AM - 1 PM, Monday through Friday. To have your order ready when you arrive, just call ahead at 423-318-8708 and tell Leslie what you would like to pick-up, quick and easy, or just stop by and we will take your order!
